Adult Health Nursing

Overview

The department of Medical Surgical Nursing aims to impart expertise and indepth knowledge to students in providing holistic care to adult patients. The department inculcates critical thinking skills to students to function as a medical surgical nurse and also in performing the extended roles of educator manager and researcher. The training methodology adopted includes simulation, skill training and OSCE session. The department also engages in research both at student and faculty level.
