Functions

The Finance Committee prepares the budget for every academic year, as per the requirements of the departments on priority basis.

All the purchases are approved by the Finance Committee.

Accounts are maintained by the Head Accountant and the Principal is accountable for all the financial transactions.

The Finance Committee evaluates the requirements of the college and prepares a budget for the allocation of funds. This is submitted to the College Council for approval and subsequently implemented by the Director.

Conduct of internal and external financial audit.

Preparation of evidence documents for budgetary allocation and audited statements.

Monitors the resource mobilization and utilization.
